2011 End of Year Review

2011 has been my first year of groundhopping, having only visited 15 stadiums in my life prior to this year. During this year I visited a total of 80 stadiums across 16 English counties as well as one in Wales and one in Monaco. Below is a run-down of the statistics of my year:

Highest attendance: 46,539 (Arsenal 3-1 Shrewsbury Town)
Lowest attendance: 25 (Colliers Wood United 0-0 Horley Town)

During the remainder of December I will be adding reports for the stadiums I had visited prior to this year to get everything up to date and after that will outline my plans for groundhopping in 2012.

  1. Looks like 2011 has been a great year for you, Jon. I've enjoyed the regular updates this site has seen, keep up the good work for next year - I can't same I'm not jealous at the amount of grounds you got to tick off!

  2. Thanks, not planning on doing quite as many stadiums next year as this year but still hope to get a decent number done.
